1. Definitions

• “AURA” refers to AURA Pilates & Wellness Studio S.R.L.s.

• “Client” refers to any person purchasing, booking, or attending classes, workshops, or services offered by AURA.

• “Studio” refers to our physical premises and online platforms.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing classes or memberships, booking a session, or attending any activity offered by AURA, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Health & Safety Waiver.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to attend classes. Clients under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent.
AURA reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who does not comply with these Terms or whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.
4. Health & Safety
By participating in any AURA class or activity, you confirm that:

1. You are physically fit to engage in exercise.

2. You have disclosed any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations to your instructor prior to attending class.

3. You understand that Pilates, barre, yoga, and similar disciplines involve physical exertion and inherent risks.

AURA instructors may offer guidance and modifications, but it is the Client’s responsibility to exercise within their own limits. If you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath, you must stop immediately.
AURA is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions, misuse of equipment, or conditions not disclosed prior to class.
5. Bookings, Cancellations & No-Shows
5.1 Booking
All classes must be booked in advance through our website or authorised platform.
5.2 Cancellation Policy

• Clients may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the class start time without penalty.

• Late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit.

• Unlimited membership holders may incur a penalty fee for repeated no-shows or late cancellations.

5.3 Studio Right to Cancel
AURA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes at any time. In such cases, class credits will be returned to the Client’s account.
6. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
All purchases (classes, packs, memberships, private sessions, workshops) are non-refundable unless required by law.
Class packs and memberships:

• Are personal and non-transferable.

• Have fixed expiration dates clearly stated at purchase.

• Cannot be paused or extended except in cases of medical absence with documentation.

Prices may change at any time. AURA will honour the price at the moment of purchase.
7. Memberships
Recurring memberships are automatically billed at the interval selected during purchase.
Clients may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
AURA reserves the right to modify membership benefits or fees with prior notice.
8. Conduct
Clients must respect studio etiquette, staff, and other participants. AURA may refuse access to anyone displaying inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. AURA is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items within or near the studio.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including branding, images, videos, text, class descriptions, and training materials—is the intellectual property of AURA and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
11. Website Use
You may not:

• Use this website for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or associated systems.

• Upload malicious or harmful content.

AURA may suspend or restrict site access at any time for maintenance or security reasons.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURA is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses;

• Injuries sustained during classes, private sessions, workshops, or while on studio premises;

• Downtime, errors, or disruptions on our digital platforms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Venice .
HEALTH & SAFETY WAIVER
By creating an account or booking a class, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You participate voluntarily and assume all risks associated with physical exercise.

• You release AURA, its instructors, employees, officers, and agents from all liability for injuries or damages arising from participation.

• You understand that AURA does not provide medical advice.

You may withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing participation.
PRIVACY SUMMARY
AURA collects and processes personal data (name, email, phone number, booking history, payment info) strictly for:

• managing bookings and class attendance,

• providing customer support,

• processing payments,

• sending essential updates,

• improving the user experience.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except for essential service providers (payment processors, booking platforms) under strict confidentiality.
