Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation 12hrs Before Start: To cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will lose your credit and won't get a refund. Strict No Lateness Policy: You are advised to come 5-15min ahead of your class to ensure you get time to change and settle on the reformer; if you arrive after the session has started, you won't be let in, and you will lose your credit. Attire: It is mandatory to wear grip socks in class. You won't be allowed to train if you don't have them with you. You can buy grip socks at the studio (card only). Come with comfortable fitness clothes, and ensure they are tighter than flowy so they do not get stuck in the machines during movement. We advise you to wear hairtight if you have medium or long style hair to ensure they don't get stuck into the reformer. No-Phone: There is a strict no-phone policy in the studio. Leave your phone in the changing rooms and enjoy the class :) Lost items: The studio takes no responsibility for any misplaced or lost items in the studio; this includes the entrance, changing room, reformer room, and any other area of the building. If you have lost an item, please email membership@aurapilateswellness.com, and we will tell you if we have found anything.
